Mr. Mark Moldenhauer is our 5th and 6th grade teacher.  He came to St. Philip's in 2009.

Mr. Moldenhauer is married to Mrs. Hayley Moldenhauer.  They have three children, Thomas, Calahan and Alyana.

Mr. Moldenhauer was a runner in college, and received the All Conference award in Track and Cross Country all 4 years.  Mr. Moldenhauer also was involved in 4 conference championships.

Mr. Moldenhauer graduated from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN in 2002.  Since graduation, Mr. Moldenhauer has had the opportunity to teach many grades.  He has taught the following grades: Kindergarten, 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 as well as all grades of high school!  Mr. Moldenhauer's former schools include:
     Great Plains Lutheran High School from 2000-2004
     Our Savior's Lutheran School from 2004-2009
     St. Philip's Lutheran School from 2009-present

When asked why he became an educator, Mr. Moldenhauer said: "Seeing so many teachers reach children with God's Word in my family, motivated me to want to do the same.  I really enjoy helping students reach goals and learn to love learning."
